MSSQL Management Studio - Full Text Index Setup Fails

I'm trying to setup a full text index and can't seem to do so. Everytime I try to define the full text index in MSSQL Management Studio I get the following error messages before the Full Text Index Wizard Fails and closes on me

The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'sp_help_category', database 'msdb', schema 'dbo'.
The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'sysjobs_view', database 'msdb', schema 'dbo'. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 229)

Any Suggestions?
