Is it possible to host two domains from the same account with different content?

e.g. www.something.com and www.somethingelse.com point to the same ip with different content.

Yes it is, I've done that here many times over the past few years.
You can catch domain requests at the root of your site then redirect your visitors to folders as needed.

This is a method I used for three domain names a while back with Classic ASP:
I even used ASP.NET in one of the sites once the ASP code redirected the visitor to it.
