Multiple SSL Certificates

I would like to apply a SSL certificate to an additional domain associated with my account but it appears that I cannot do this using the SSL Manager, I already have one associated with a domain pointer but would like to add one to my primary domain. Is it possible to do this within the bounds of your system? I have access to IIS through the IIS Manager, is there any way could I manage multiple certificates through that?

If I cannot manage multiple certificates, I would like to, after testing it on the secondary domain, remove the SSL from my secondary domain and add a different certificate to the primary. It appears that I also cannot do this through the SSL Management tool.
