I cannot retrieve my pop3 email. But my site works and also I can get to it from the control panel. Thanks, Gil
If you're having problems, you could always test it to see if it's working. Do the following: 1. Click on the Start button, and select Run.. 2. On the Open field, type in "CMD" and hit OK. 3. In the Command Prompt, type "telnet POP3.DOMAIN.COM 110". This tests port 110, which is the POP3 port. If it times out, it means that you're unable to connect, and you should take a look at your network settings as it's likely that the port is being blocked locally. Let us know what you get!
