We ran our first ad ever this morning (in the Los Angeles Times no less) and my website is completely down www.SoundEquityInc.com! I can't find a freaking phone number anywhere.
If you check the outages forum you can see that web704 (your server) was down for a few minutes when you posted this. It's best to check that forum first if you ever have a site issue. If you don't see an issue with your server in that forum, contact support.
