MySQL and Dreamweaver and Simple Machines Forum

So, I have installed the add-on mySQL Database. I've also installed the Simple Machines forum that is working great. However, now I want to add another table to my database to keep a list of the residents in my HOA complex. Can I add another table to the forum database or do I have to create a completely different database?

Also, I'm doing my db administration using mySQL Administrator and develop in Dreamweaver.

Any thoughts?

It's okay to add other tables to your forum database. Typically those type of package installations like SMF will add a prefix to all the table names to make it easier to manage othernon-forum tables in your db. I can't recall whether SMF does that by default or not...
