  1. Hello to everyone.

My name is Tim Morgan. I work for BSI, an employee benefits broker, as their director of marketing and communications. My role is to provide marketing and communications support for not only BSI and it's sister company, Tricerion Atlantic, but for their clients as well.

One of those "client" projects was the development of an employee benefits website tool we call "MyBenefitsNavigator" that provides employees with access to information and tools regarding their employee benefits, as well as links to carriers and external resources.

In some cases, the sites need to be user id/password protected as the benefit information may be specific to a class of employee (regular employee/supervisor/manager/executive, etc.).

A sample site with open access:
    http://www.fhs.mybenefitsnavigator.com/

A sample site with login access:
    http://www.hhh.mybenefitsnavigator.com

It was decided to use DiscountASP.NET to accomplish this and our programming guru, Dennis, set this up for us.

Unfortunately, Dennis passed away recently and I have inherited the DiscountASP.NET account. The problem is I know nothing about programming; I'm a designer.

I have ftp access to the root virtual directory to set up folders to upload new sites and we have a site ready to go live to employees, but I have no idea how to set up the domain alias or CNAME record so that employees have to type: www.dhs.mybenefitsnavigator.com to get to the site. Presently, the only way I can preview the site is via the actual path: www.mybenefitsnavigator.com/dhs/.

I guess what I'm looking for is someone who would be willing to work with us to fill Dennis's shoes as our programming guru (webmaster) for these projects on a freelance/per project basis.

If you're interested, please email me ASAP at [email protected].

    Thanks---

    Tim Morgan
