Need help with DotNetNuke forms submission

Our site was recently built in dotnetnuke and has gone live. It is working well except for the forms submissions. No error message appears but the info never arrives at the designated email account. We have tried setting the form to submit to several email accounts as a test and know that it is not going to spam. I cannot find any user-controlled site-wide controls for the sending of emails from the site, or any place within the module settings for smtp or other settings.

Hi, I have reopened a support ticket since I just found out there is another level of user for the CMS that allows setting the host. I will continue this thread if the support person can't help me figure why the test is failing. Thanks!
