It appears that all the files in the Release folder were the files meant to be placed in the root folder, otherwise you should be able to browse the Release folder and browse the application.

In this case, you deployed the application to a subdirectory which obviously is not what you want. To resolve the issue, simply copy all the files within /release directory to the root.
