Need help with Windows Media (WMA & MP3)

    I have to take music files (MP3) and if they are encoded higher than 128kbps I have to re-encode them to 128kbps. Does anyone know if this can be done using the WMEncoderLib and if discountASP has this installed?

    If anyone has samples that would be great.
