Need suggestions for a news publishing module

I don't want an entire CMS like WordPress or DotNetNuke. I have an existing website with a mix of .net and html pages. My problem is, I have very little time to update the site with articles/news, so I would like to delegate that to my volunteers. My requirements are:

Allow contributors to submit content, but not have it published until one of the admins (two admins) approves it.

Content will be embedded in my existing site on a news/articles page, with the most recent content also displaying on the home page. I do not want to rewrite my entire site to fit into a CMS framework. I just want CMS functionality for the article submission portion, but the actual content is embedded into my site.

Feature to set publication date in the future is a plus.

Any recommendations on a free tool that would allow me to do this? I know I could write it, but why reinvent the wheel if there's a cool solution out there?

Thanks, Mark, but no luck. They all seem to require being implemented as part of an entire CMS.
