Nesting Application Folders?

Anyone know if its possible to nest application folders here on discountasp.net? If I want to run Community Server From the root of my site, is there anyway I can set another application folder that is independent of those of the root settings? Simplysetting the folder as an application with the web application tool is not working because its still using the metadata info for the root folder application. I had this same problem when I hosted with easycgi.com. I switched hoping to avoid the problem.

 

Inheritance can be a real nightmare in ASP.NET, not just a Host problem.

To be honest Community Server should be run by itself.

You can override some of the inheritance problems but not all of them.
I could write a book about certain problems, even some parts that seem simple at first.

Use my Google Coop and run some ASP.NET searches, Community Server, etc.
Look for discussions about inheritance.
