  1. Hi!

    While rating an article, after submission it says "Any comments should appear below once approved!", but I can't seem to find
    (Or one doesn't exist) an area to place actual comments.

    If there isn't a place to put in comments, you should see about
    adding one. Wouldn't you like to know why I rated the article
    so low?

    Just a thought.

    Unfortunately, we had to take out the comment field. We had a comment field in the last KB but what we found was that more customers asked technical support questions through that interface than commented on the article. We cannot monitor another interface for technical support.

    There is an "email this article" link which you can use to send us comments.
