new site purchase

  1. we purchased a site with discountasp yesterday. its up and on the internet however, we received no userid, password or login inforamtion. the only thing was a receipt on the online ordering system.


    I understand there is a 30 day money back and i am only on the first day so if I don't hear back real soon i will take you up on this offer. hopefully i have not made a mistake in going with your company.</o:p>

    Thanks for sending the domain name via PM. The account is active and the welcome letter was sent to the admin contact. I had our crew resend the welcome email. If you are using a spam filter, please check the spam/bulk/junk folder as well.

    I have no idea what is going on with your emails you are sending usas we have been receiving sales emails and support emails just fine all day long here. There is no systemic issue that I have seen.

    We can send the welcome letter to another email address but we would first need to authenticate the request. Contact our Billing department at billingat discountasp.net
