New Spam Filter...

With the advent of a new spam filter provided by discountasp.net I noticed that e-mails get bounced back to the original sender.

Why is the only option available is to bouce the e-mail back to the sender? It would be much more effective to have the e-mail bounced andin addition to have it "quarantined" and accessible via a given url?
