New to SQL Server 2008

    I am trying to move my access 2003 database to SQL Server Express or 2008. I need some help. I have a tool that will migrate it for me to SQL server 2008, but I not sure where to begin. It says I first have to make a sql 2008 database and I don't know where to begin. I downloaded SQL2008 but it only has configuration. Also, right now I develope my web site using Visual Studio 2008 and I move the website project around to my desktop and laptop and the webserver. Can I do the same thing with the SQL database or is it different? Thanks.

    I think there's a import function if you open SQL Management Studio.
