New to this~~Front Page~~

Hi

I have no clue about this.Front Page!! I've never used it before, I'm used to simple, easy step by step access.
I am in charge of two websites here at work.
One I could switch to a sitebuilder, which was soo simple. But here
there is no such thing. Anyways, I guess what I need to know, is how
to link these two together?? So, that I dont have to deal with the Front Page, is this possible??
We hate the website that the other "person" put on here, and we want to change it, and I just
dont know where to begin. I did, however, finish the other one, if you want to take a look.
