Not redirecting to 404 page

    I'm getting this message instead of displaying my 404 file.

    The system cannot find the file specified.

    Is this an ASP page?

    ASP has its own error handling. See http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10104

    It is an ASP page but not ASP.Net.
