  1. Bruce,

Thanks and I will create a support ticket. I do have another question related to this. I have been searching the forums concerning email issues and noticed that in the forum and on the main discountasp page as a new service you have aspnetemail. On one of the forum posts I read that I need to download the trial version of their software which from what I can tell might solve my problem with mass email by using a more updated method. So in order to use this new aspnetemail I need to do the following from what I have read please correct me if I'm wrong.

    1. Download their softwares trial version. (I don't need to full version because you guys already have the registered site license for it).
    2. Reference the dll in the script I create.
    3. Create a script based upon the examples and all should work.

Is this correct or will I have to download something else or pay for software for this to work????

    Thanks
    Chaps

  2. I have been using the Ocean12 mailing list manager for several months now with very limited problems. All of a sudden I can't send my newsetter to my customers. Its setup to use Aspmail with localhost and its been working fine but now I get paged timed out errors and or page cannot be displayed. It sends the email to some of the subscribers but not all of them and then errors out with the cannot find page or page timed out or server could not be found. I have not made any changes to the script so I can only assume that something is wrong elsewhere. Has there been some type of change or have I reached a threashold I have 473 email addresses. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Chaps

Nope. Nothing changed on our web server in the past month.

If you are getting a page cannot be displayed, it could be a network problem.
