osql online?

DiscountASP directions I am following to install a starter kit says the following:

"open the command prompt and execute these statements using osql"

I know the basics of what osql is, however, howdo I run it on a DiscountASP server? I can run a command prompt on my local machine until the second comming but I have noidea what they are talking about when they ask me to run the command prompt on the DiscountASP server.

So where is this "comand prompt"

instructions I am following are http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10209granted I am installing community but I doubt its much different.

This issue has been resolved. The "how to steps" seemed to suggest I needed to run a cmd on the DisocountASP server which is what got me confused not on my local machine, this was the source of confusion.
