Outlook 2007 Slow IMAP Response

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm using Outlook 2007 and it seems that it takes a long time (30 secs) to send/receive. This duration is still there when there is no mail to upload or download.
    Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there anything I can do to get this response time a bit shorter?

    I've been seeing this lately in some of my Outlook 2007 MAPI folders, always seems to be Internet related.
    Some days it's worse than others, time of day, etc.

    Yeah, and sometimes I get an error that indicates a lost connection. I'm thinking that's due to a timeout of the send/receive process.
