    Having issues with our company mail today (small company). I am getting the following message :

    The host 'theoneagency.info' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'theoneagency.info', Server: 'theoneagency.info', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D


    Is this a problem at my side ? Or the people who we host the domain with ?

    This error typically means that something is blocking your POP3 port which is 110. As a test try disabling any firewalls and antivirus that maybe active on your computer and network.
