Password or Username incorrect

Well, its the same password I use to log to my discountasp.net acount, so no, it can't be REALLY wrong

i use VWB Express 2008, i go to the copy website function, I fill the blanks as fallows

server: www.mydomain.com
port: 21
Directory: 'blank'
passive = true
Anonymous = false
myuser
mypassword

when I click on open, another window shows asking me for my password again, I give it, then I get the incorrect password or username, what possibilities are there, other then actually having a wrong password?

I use a Windows 2008 - IIS 7.0

 

ok, it just came to me, I didn't put my customer ID before my username, separated by a pipe.

now that I did, I get that the ~/directory doesn't exist :/

 

Never mind, I should try harder before starting to ask questions, problem solved.
