Paypal

I am having trouble with putting a Paypal donations button on my website. I am running VWD express 2005. I created the button, pasted the code onto my site, and uploaded the page.

When I click on the Donate button on page, it does not send me to the paypal site, it just reloads the page. Anybody else run into a similar problem? Anybody have any suggestions? I can't seem to figure what I'm doing wrong.
