  1. Hi

after having wordpress set up with an external database i thought i'd take advantage with the recent anouncment that DASP was offering Mysql as an addon.

I deleted all files etc and uploaded latest WP 3.3 as I could not transfer database over as suggested by DASP knowledgebase.

All went fine & my blog is visible but the backend dash board does not "look" like the conventional screen - everything looks skewed, and I notice the following error message on login (backend) and from the front end (bottom of the page)

Also there are error messages in the backend - This widget requires JavaScript.

Here is the main error message:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\php5\ext\php_pdo_sqlsrv_52_ts_vc6.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0

I read somewhere that this is a bug with phpv 5x or something when running on a windows box and can be rectified by DASP (host company) by switching to a different version of php.

Ive read Article ID 856 that makes reference to what I believe is the missing module and it says that it is installed here on DASP by default.

Any of you guys got any ideas before I raise a ticket?

    ps im running II6

    data-centre UK

    Many Thanks

    Nelly
