Please help me renew domain name...

    Hello, I am posting on this forum because it seems to be the most active.

    I have a client whose domain name is registered with discountasp.net but it has expired and is in the 30-day grace period.

    She has not developed her site and has lost the user name and password for her account.

    Her email has also changed so any notices from discountasp.net have not been received.

    We would simply like to pay the fee to renew the name but neither she nor I have had any response by email or phone from discountasp.com.

    Thank you in advance (whomever you are) for any help in this matter.
