    I had a public IP and i configure the IIS of my server. The first subdomain that i created is already running by default gateway 80...

    Now, i want to add additional subdomain to my account from the discountasp.net, and i want to use the same public IP that i have using the new TCP PORT from my Server (Ex. 90)..

    Is this possible running two subdomain in ONE public IP?

    yes. just add another binding on iis.
