Pre sales Silverlight 4

Hello,
assuming I have my SL application in my computer ready and running, I suppose I can upload it. The question is if I want to change some of it's functionality/apperance in the future, how can I do it after I uplod the prototype? Should I pay each time I make a change and upload it (update) ? I'm newbie

 

...Pay? Once you have an account you can just overwrite the files.

No, I'm using the Visual Web Developer Express because currently my applications are simple without sophisticated features. So after I purchase an account I can just override the old files! Thank you again!
