  1. A couple of nights ago a did a database restore to my sql2005 database. It restored OK, but was inaccessible until support reset some permissions. It has happened again tonight. I did a restore. Then I try to connect via my application or sql management studio. I cannot do it. I have reopened the ticket with support.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

    Patrick,

In order to avoid the issue that you are having, you will need to use another user for your SQL Login in your local (development) database, you can not use the same DASP SQL log in

  3. It would be a good idea for DASP to be more specific about this in KB article 10413. I had the same problem.Igot the falseimpression I needed to create a login name in my development database identical to my DASP login name forthe database. I did so and uploaded/attached the database. Then I got locked out.
