Problem with db for new users

Hi I created my first websites with db

now the problem is that :

when i run my websites and click on application that required to use of db
is generated this error :
Server Error in '/' Application.

hence this error i understand that the db is not loading on my sql db on account , i would understand if you can if i uploaded wrong db or error of my account

The error refers more to an assembly reference. Did you upload all the required files/ assemblies/component in your applications bin directory?
