  1. Hi,

I can receive emails sent to my primary domain : for example [email protected]. However there is no way to receive an email sent to my domain pointer, for example [email protected] (domain2 is set as a domain pointer for domain1). I have already checked the option to enable emails with domain pointers.

Actually, when someone tries to send me an email at [email protected] he receives a 550 error (Unable to relay for [email protected])

    Any idea please ?

Domain pointers come with email alias service. So if domain1.com isyour main hosted domain anddomain2.com is your domain pointer, then emails to [email protected] will go to [email protected].

Also did you update the domain name servers to point to our DNS for your domain2.com?
