problem with outlook

hi
i used outlook for manage my mail on discount host but today we have some prolem in sending mail with outlook

we have this error

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop3.****.com', Server: 'smtp.***.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

we haven't any problem with web base mail system.

i set incoming mail : pop3.****.com
and outgoing mail : smtp.****.com

what is the problem or how can i fix it??
