  1. Hi,

Having cursorily browsed through the API documentation, I cannot see a way of programmatically purchasing and/or setting a root/domain pointer... Are you planning on ever exposing this type of functionality via the API or is it there but I'm missing it???

    Kind regards,
    P.

  2. Hi,

Many thanks for your prompt response.

Yes I understand that domain pointer's are add-on's - was just wondering if there was a way to programmatically add a domain pointer addon to an account hosted with DiscountASP.net through the Control Panel API. We have an application that could go under a number of different domain names, and we would like to programmatically pay for (and add) domain pointers as and when we need through the API, rather than manually requesting domain pointer addon's through the usual front-end.

Alternatively, would you periodically accept a list of domain pointer names via some kind of data file which we would provide to you?

    Kind regards,
    P.

  3. I'm not quite sure if I fully understand your question. Domain pointers are addons. I'm not sure what sort of API you are looking for and exactly what you are trying to do.
