Programming Help, Plz - I'm in a bind

Hi there ~

I am a small business owner with a small web site hosted by DiscountASP (chrisbucketseats.com). Ihad a programmer who set up the site pages and added content; however,she hasdisappeared and did not provide any info on how to manage the web site.

The only info I have is the control panel userid/password. I knownothing about web site programming/management. What I'm looking for is information onall other infothat I need to provide a new programmer so thatthey can pick up where she left off? Just the basics so we can accessthe content and add to the pages, etc.

Also, doI'm looking forreferals for a web programmers (Long Beach, CA local).

Any help that you can provide will be appreciated.

You should find all your account information in the 'Control Panel>Account Management>Account Info/Edit' section. This includes the ftp FTP Address, which can be used by your programmer to access your site contents (web pages,configuration files etc.). In general Control Panel provides you the ability to manage your site at an administrative level.
