Hi, I am currently trying to get my ASP.NET 2.0 web app working with GoDaddy's hosting. However, I am running into alot of issues with DLL's that are included in my project. I am getting "System.Security.SecurityException: That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers". I am wondering if I switch to DiscountASP if I would still have these issues. It seems to be DLLs that I did not create not having the AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers attribute. I searched these forums and also the DiscountASP faq and didnt find anyone else with these issues, so I am hoping that means I can safley switch without problems. If anyone could shed some light on this I would appriate it, Joe Harrison
Well, to answer my own question, YES. I signed up for DiscountASP earlier today and everything works flawlessly. I hope this might be useful to anyone else facing the "partially trusted callers" issue on a diffrent shared hosting provider.
