  1. Hey, I've just signed up and hope I haven't made a mistake. Do your outgoing mail servers support connections to ports other than 25? ie: 465, 587 etc? Do they support SSL or TLS connections? If it isonly port 25, then why??? Most of the ISPs in the world block outgoing connections to port 25 for obvious reasons.

I need to know quickly, as I will have to undo my DNS configuration if it isn't supported.

    Best regards,
    Dave White

No, we do not support alternative port.

If you ISP blocks port 25, you probably need to configure your email software to point to your ISP's server.

  5. hmm... it seems like I should have flagged this for notification. Apologies for the slight delay in responding Joel, but the answer is yes : I do connect through port 587.

    Outgoing SMTP Server : smtp.davewhite.net
    Encryption : None
    Port : 587

    Works fine :)
