Raw log files access can be enabled for those customers who wish to download their raw logs and run their own preferred statistics software. Raw logs access is disabled by default. To enable, go to the Web Stats/Raw Logs section of your control panel. After activation, your log files will not be instantly available. Please wait a day for the system to archive your log files. Log files will be downloadable via FTP in zip format. Log files are on a 30 day rotation. That is, logs over 30 days old will be removed from the server and are unretrievable.
