Receiving error in Deepmetrix LiveStats.XSP

    When I click on PageReports, then hover over the page + sign, and select "More information" from the popup menu, I get the error:

    The request you made in unavailable at this time. (With a "return to Login" button.)

    Does anyone know why I am receiving this error?

    Is there any way I can just look at the raw hits in real time? I'm willing to pay extra for that service; it was what I was hoping to receive in signing up for LiveStats.
