Redirect subdomain.xyz.com to subdomain.abc.com

Is the example subdomain "subdomain.abc.com" hosted here with discountasp.net?

If so then you should be able to create the subdomain: subdomain.xyz.com as a domain pointer on DASP.

You will need to add the add-on "Unlimited Subdomain Includes Unique IP" from the add-ons page in the control panel here: Control Panel Order Add-ons page

With the redirect you should be able to have "subdomain.xyz.com" redirect to another directory on your site.

If your domain name "subdomain.xyz.com" is using a third part DNS system. Then you need to make sure you update the A record on the third party DNS system.

Log in to the control panel. Click on "DNS Manager" on the left menu. Or simply Click here

Read the "Important Warning" message. Click on the "I Understand and Agree" Button.

Click on the Primary Domain. Then review the A record for the subdomain. The IP listed in our DNS is what you need to make on your third party DNS system.
