1. Hi,

I was wondering if somebody can help me with something. I'm creating a website using Visual Web Developer 2005 Express. Now I need to make some reports. I downloadedsome kind of an addin but I didn't like how it works. That's why I created two reports with Visual Studio 2005. It was very easy and they worked fine (when you click on a row from the first report it jumps to the other report and passes 3 parameters). When I use the preview feature I can see that everything is working fine. Now I need to add these reports to my web site. This is where I'm stucked. In visual studio the reports are with rdl extension and in visual web developer they are with rdlc extension.
Can you please help me?

Thanks in advance

Lina

2. What were the report controls you used? Crystal? If so, not supported here.
You can however create reports in code or use the supported components listed on the main DASP site.

3. Hi,

Thanks for your fast reply. I'm not sure but I think I don't use Crystal Report. I just open Visual studio, click on File - New Project ; then I select Business Intelligence Projects; then I select Report Server Project; then from Solution Explorer I click (right-click)on folder Reports - New Itemand I choose Report. That's it.
Anyway, I'm going on holiday now and I'll be back next year ;-)
I wish everybody merry Christmas and happy new year!
