I've searched high and low and have given up. How do we request that we would like our site moved to an ASP.net 4.0 server?
You only need to request a move if your site is hosted on Windows 2003/IIS6. You can open a support ticket HERE to do that, otherwise, as wisemx stated, you can change the version in your Control Panel.
Maybe I'm going crazy, but my dropdown doesn't show an option for .NET 4.0, only '1.1' or '2.0/3.0/3.5sp1'. Server Name: web128
That is because .net 4.0 is only available on our IIS 7 servers. If you decide to migrate to one of our newer servers, once the migration is complete you will see .net 4.0 in the .net framework drop-down.
Thanks for the info. So I guess my question becomes: How do I request that my site be migrated to Windows IIS 7? Is that something I have to do through a service ticket? Is so does this happen at a scheduled time?

In terms of updating the code, will the move to II7 include upgrading to ASP.net 4.0 automatically? I'm wondering if I should update my code first? I'd like to go ahead and do the move, but remain with .NET 3.5 until my code is updated.
the migration tool should keep the existing framework version, since you are moving from IIS 6.0 to 7.0, the framework version would be 2.0 / 3.5.
