Require Help MySql database. No user information contained in data base.

I had Discountasp.net install the MySql database component. I am using two different types of administrators.

When I connect to the database I have absolutely no problem. But when I try to install a user account, I receive the following error. (1044 access denied for user ?username?@?% to database to MySql), or any other type of loading of tables by the admin functions.

With out the ability of creating a user to the database I am unable to allow visitors to view the products within the catalog.

Is there anyone that could please tutor me in the intricacy?s of database set up.
