Restoring a Database to it's defaults

I know there is already a post with this similar title.
there is a ZIP file that I'm trying to download but it's not letting me do it. It's asking me to login every time when I'm already logged in.
Could some body please attach that file to this post so that I'm able to download it?

It may be a privileges issue that still does not let me download =(.

If you are logged in to the forum you should be able to download it. I just tested it through a user with normal permissions. Is your browser security high, or are you rejecting cookies, etc? Maybe try a different browser too.
