Restoring a single table from a .bak file

We mistakenly dropped a table from our database. DiscountASP is providing a .bak file of the entire database, but we want to restore just the table that was dropped.

What is the process for restoring a single table from a .bak file?

You could always download the database back up and attach it to your local SQL service. Then you just take the information you want and restore it onto the database on the SQL server we provide
