You can't restrict range for FTP, but if you're on Windows 2008 IIS7 server, you can do the following: 1. Go in the CP to the IIS Tools > FTP Manager [https://my.discountasp.net/web-manager/iis7-ftpmanager.aspx]. 2. Under FTP IP Restriction, set it to Denied Access, which makes it so you block all IPs from uploading to your account. 3. Click on 'Add IP Restriction Entry' and add your IP. This will make it so that only the IPs your tell it to will be able to upload to your account. It may not be exactly what you were asking for, but this would be the only way you'd be able to achieve maximum security.
