Reverse DNS for our MX

    Hi, im having problems sending emails using my own server, because there is no reverse dns to our ip address.

    our server is using the ip address 80.80.236.167, but there is no REVERSE DNS pointed to this domain.

    Tony from customer service already closed and locked one of my TICKETS, but i need to solve this problem.

    Our company have more than 20 hosted domains with discountasp.net, i am sure DISCOUNT ASP will not let us down.

    Please help me ASAP!

    You can try putting in the IP address in the host section instead of the domain name.

    Do you mean you want to setup reverse lookup for 80.80.236.167?

    Reverse DNS is setup through the IP address owner, ie. your ISP who provided the DNS. You should contact your ISP.
