scheduled task question

    Is it possible to schedule vb.net executable program in the scheduled task?
    If yes, then how do I do that?
    </o:p>
    The program will go to a webpage and get some data and save it in access database, then this data will be displayedor downloaded by mywebsite visitors.
    </o:p>
    I have already added a schedule task to run every 15 min but when I checked later nothing happened!!
