Scheduling a database backup

Within the SQL Tool Suite you are allowed to 'Create a Backup'. Is there a way to schedule a backup of your database? Or do you always have to do this manually?

The backup tool (the synchronous version of it anyway) is exposed in the Control Panel API. Go to the https://my.discountasp.net/customer-api.aspxto activate the API. API support is handled through the community forum at http://community.discountasp.net/default.aspx?f=27&m=13884. If you create a web application performing the backup, you can schedule it in the Scheduled Task tool in the control panel.

Once you activate the API a key is generated for your account.

What does key=string represent? Is this my connection string?
