Server Error in '/bin' Application

I created an application using Visual Studio 2005 (and Visal Basic)that runs well on the DiscountASP server, However when I added security and created a web site with membership and User Log in I get the following error message whenever a user logs in using a correct user name and password

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)

What am I doing wrong? Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Did you tie this into a DASP SQL Server account?
