Server migration issues

My account was recently moved to a new server at DASP.net in order that I could change over to ASPNET version 2.0.

Now none of my applications will work and I can't write to an Access database.

If I go to an app that uses a web.config file, I get the message

Server Application Unavailable


These applications were working on the oldserver. They also work on my development machine which is also runningASPNET 2.0.50727

Thestrangest thing is that they were working right where they are published now. Butthe DNS servers were not pointed to my new location. I had to use my alternate URL in order to get to them but at least they worked. Yesterday, the DNS servers were updated and now my apps don't work.

Another application that doesn't even use authentication gives this error
Failed to start monitoring changes to 'e:\web\bmacdonaldc\htdocs\bin' because access is denied.
Has anybody else had migration issues?
